The NCE 524-146 D13NHJ combines a D13SRJ 9-pin plug decoder with an integrated No Halt small module — a keep-alive capacitor circuit that prevents your locomotive from stalling on dirty track, poorly connected rail joints, and insulated frogs. The 9-pin NMRA quick plug makes installation a snap in compatible HO and N scale locomotives. An 8-inch wiring harness is also included for hardwire applications.
