Among the best-known model railroads in the world, George Sellios' HO scale Franklin & South Manchester has been covered extensively in the model railroad press. George has been the proprietor of Fine Scale Miniatures, a Producer//of highly detailed HO structure kits, since 1965. He began building the Franklin & South Manchester in 1985, and his progress ever since has been remarkable for both its quantity and superb quality.

This book, in print continuously since 1991, documents the first parts of the layout to be completed, the major cities of Manchester & Dovertown.
