This book is in part a companion to Railway Milk Cars Vols. 1-4, as compiled by Bob Liljestrand, John Nehrich and Bob Bahrs. Shown is various dairy operations around New York State, including milk stations, creameries, and condenseries of all sizes and types as they conducted business in the 1900-1920 era (a few locations in Pennsylvania have been added).
