B&W steam era photographs from the collection of Larry Shawver on this railroad now a part of the Union Pacific.

The Spokane International in addition to hauling lumber products also hauled general freight and little passenger trains. This book is not a collection of locomotive 'wedge' shots but of scenes in all seasons including some large trestles and bridges the railway used.

Many photographs are one per page and include captions.
