The NCE Brutus is the purpose-built 10-amp, 18V AC power supply for NCE's large-scale DCC boosters. If you're running a PH-PRO-10, PH-PRO-10R, or PB110A, the Brutus is the recommended power source — it delivers the sustained high-current output these boosters need to run large O and G scale locomotives reliably without voltage sag.
