The NCE 524-147 D13NHP is a D13SRP decoder with an integrated No Halt Small module installed — combining keep-alive capacitor protection with a 9-pin plug decoder in a single unit. The No Halt module prevents stalls on dirty track and insulated frogs. Discontinued by NCE and available while supplies last.
